APC National Publicity Secretary Accused Jonathan Administration Of Stealing


The allegation was made by APC National Publicity Secretary, Lai Mohammed via a statement on Sunday, August 16, 2015.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has alleged that about N11.02 trillion was stolen during the Goodluck Jonathanadministration.

Seven of the allegedly looted sums of money are:

  1. $6bn stolen by some of Jonathan’s ministers
  2. 160 million barrels of crude worth $13.9bn lost between 2009 and 2012
  3. $13bn (N2.56tn) in NLNG dividends unaccounted for.
  4. N3.8tn out of the N8.1tn earned from crude oil (2012-2015) withheld by NNPC
  5. $2.1bn (N413.7bn) from Excess Crude Account unaccounted for
  6. N109.7bn in royalty from oil firms unremitted by the Department of Petroleum Resources.
  7. N183bn unaccounted for at the NDDC.
