James Michael Foran who is a registered sex offender has been arrested for another sex offense, this time for raping a dog.
A 47-year-old man, James Michael Foran, has been arrested in America for raping a dog.
Michael who according to a police press release is a registered sex offender after he was convicted in 1997 of attempted aggravated sexual assault, has been charged to court for felony.
The owner of a female Labrador mix told the police that her dog was sexually assaulted in Wallace Pike in Virginia. This prompted an investigation which led to the arrest of James Michael Foran.
Detective, Jason Sexton, said that a DNA sample from the suspect matched the one obtained from the dog. The suspect was arrested and booked into Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Abingdon, where he is being held without bail.
